We have a signed contract! We submitted a new contract on Monday and today we received the signed copy from the sellers. Now we have to start the process of inspecting and everything else on our road to closing.
I do not know if we will get more time on these things because the closing is 60 days away instead of 30 days so that they sellers can find a new home.
That is all I have at the moment.
