I went to see a couple of more houses today (Miriam had to work) and I think we found our house. Miriam still needs to see it, but after I showed her the pictures she agreed that we should put in an offer. It is a very nice house in Ocoee. I will shrink down some of the pictures tomorrow so that I can email them to you all.
The house was in good condition for being bank owned. The carpet would need to go, it is a weird green blue color. The walls would need some paint and a few holes filled. The last things is that we would need a refrigerator, washer and dryer.
I am going to see if there is any chance that the bank will accept less than their asking price and also if there is any chance that they will pay closing costs.
