Well we are going to make out first offer on the house we like. We are offering $130,000 with the owner paying all closing costs. I think that is very reasonable and I hope that they take it. I will keep you all informed.
We will not be able to close until April 27th because of there is a 90 day wait period before you can sell a house and they bought it on January 22nd.
